In diesem Postamt kaufte ich jede Menge Briefmarken für den internationalen Versand (Global - Forever), und wurde höchst freundlich bedient. Leider ließ ich meine teure Digitalkamera in dieser Filiale liegen und bemerkte dieses erst, als ich schon eine gute halbe Stunde mit dem PKW entfernt war, in Sunrise. Ich drehte sofort um und stellte fest, dass die freundlichen Damen meine Kamera aufbewahrt hatten und für mich bereit hielten. Eine sagte: "Ich bin gespannt, wie lange es dauert, bis er zurück kommt." War ich froh! Viiieeelen Dank!

Thanks for taking care of my left-behind digital camera, ladies. It happened in early October 2019. I have been soooo happy that you kept it for me. My precious vacation pictures were saved. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!

I had such a rude customer service experience for absolutely no reason. I usually go out of my way to visit this location, even though it’s farther from me, because I’ve had pleasant interactions in the past with a helpful gentleman.

Today, however, I was greeted by an incredibly rude woman who started scolding me about not taping my small package before I could even say “good morning.” I was under the impression that taping was always a complimentary service. She told me I could purchase tape, but I couldn’t imagine buying anything from someone so unpleasant. I decided to leave and buy tape elsewhere. As I was leaving, she continued to make snide comments, so I turned around and called her rude. She had the audacity to tell me not to call her rude. It’s baffling how people with such attitudes end up in customer service roles.

Liars. Told me package would guaranteed delivery one day before I needed it delivered. Now package is 4 days late in counting and still no tracking updated after first day: still shows package in opa locka. Called customer service and was told by manager to go in and get a refund. Lady at the counter just says “expected delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, sorry they told you it was” basically nothing I can do for you and I’m unwilling to give you a refund. Very unprofessional. If you wouldve given me correct information while i attempted to ship out I could have made another choice on shipping. Now my grandma doesn’t have a birthday gift. Literal losers.

Lady today 1.10.25 was absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional, ignoring signs in front of her face on the counter. No excuse. Go somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE. please train employees what kindness really is.

Get prepared to stand in line for hours during the holiday season because they only have one employee and they don't have a stamp machine if you just want a couple of stamps absolute joke no technology in this post office they are outdated and they need to keep up with the modern times of the growing amount of people that are joining the city

Worst PO ever! They need to give up and start over, or disband the whole operation. LINES< LINES< LINES We have personally turned in four travel absence forms to have our mail held. It has NEVER worked. I am certain they just throw the yellow forms in the trash. They do nothing. They don't have any mail when we stand in the interminable line and they don't bring half the mail. I have about as much mail delivered as they lose. Mysteriously they lose a lot of packages, and a lot of medications! HUM Deliverer issue. 5 finger discount? It is just simply the worst customer service alive. This postmaster should be fired.

This is the best USPS location in the area. While some people may complain, they should visit other nearby locations to appreciate the effort this one puts into doing its best.
